This is best served with cooked baconor gammon,but I also like to serve it. The traditional, nut-studded layers are covered with egg mixture. Now this is the real deal banana pudding. Cover and steam for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until toothpick comes out clean. My mother-in-law used to make, only vegan!
