SWAT was there to apprehend Anthony Terry on suspicion of drug trafficking. SHEEPSHEAD BAY – Police have arrested two robbery suspects, Daniel Efe and Julius Osagba, who specialize in car snatching. The suspect clamped a cuff tightly onto one officer's right wrist. Ransom has been arrested in Fresno robberies, authorities say. Officers say the duo posted fake ads on the hunt for a fake handgun at an off-duty officer.
